All of you damn runners are making me want to try...
It’s been hovering around a very pleasant 60 degrees, which seems like a much better way to get into this than a 90 degree NC summer (and the hills of the NC mountains). Maybe I’ll do Day 1 tomorrow after school…any pre-running tips? I get stitches in my side really badly, which is one of the main reasons I haven’t been able to start running on a regular basis.

The director of the Houston Symphony Chorus asked...
